If Bill Ackman was in charge of CXR...two days before ER, he would have leaked the BO option and SP would have hit 60 with a halt. But then CXR would have just been playing the dirty game that shorts play. Lets stay above those tatics. I think SP will stay in $40 range for few more days and then will increase gradually to mid 40s. By June 1st well see a run to 50s with shorts trying to cover.
