most businesses are valued by dividing the net operating income by a discount rate. Since no one knows what the NOI is, who knows. Most growth companies have no NOI anyway.They may be valued by some multiple of gross income. But none of us knows what the goss income is either. Or the debt service. Best to ask Mr Insider.
