1. yes it looks like te way you say
2. but it can take some more time - and trading volume is very small, so one bigger SELL (why ever ?) can cause a small crash
3. we had this (today everything is different) quite a lot of times before
4. for a BIG UP it would be more healthy if we see a significant down move
