Quiet funeralThis company is dying. Slowly but surely. Party to blame: You, the passive shareholders I have warned you a long time ago that the putsch by All Group Financial Services clns in 2012 was a very bad news. At that time some people were totally ignoring my predictions. I suggested some resolutions by the shareholders at the AGM that would improved the governance of the company (see my old postings). Nobody picked it up. I suggested shaking up the board and management. Again, there were no takers. Story teller Fabrice Taylor put his guy on the board who quickly became a flnky and failed in his responsibilities. Jim Taylor got his buddy Middlemiss to further entrench himself. Zuckers got their man there too, but rather than clean up the mess decided to suffocate the company with 15% looting loans and get the rest for nothing via receivership. I could sell the rest of my stock and drive it to a half a penny but I won't. Let my kids inherit worthless paper. I am leaving a note to them to never buy any stock that has people like Leo Luciani, James taylor , Jim O'Reilly, Al Wiens, Joe Hunisett involved in any capacity other than toilet cleaners.
