Executive compensation excessive.I cannot see the justification for increasing the salary of Tharp and Parry from $189,428 to $485,497, and doubling the salary of the CFO at the same time as they introduce a managing director with a salary of $444,763.
If this is their idea of shareholder governance they had better start showing some accrual to the shareholders. I for one am very wary that we are being taken advantage of.
