RE:RE:From JL's 5/10/16 IHub postI never saw that post of JL's before it was deleted.  So MT, your understanding of what JL was claiming in his post was that he thought that the consequences of that May 3rd document were a GOOD thing for his case?  That seems to defy logic as far as I can tell if indeed your understanding of what he was trying to say is correct.

I suppose however, if his strategy of "losing to win" applies to the content of that document, then perhaps what he might have said makes sense.  In any case, if the judgement is in favor of granting those requests mentioned in the May 3rd document, then I would certainly agree that it would be a "game changing event" for JL and MSX... although not in the way that MSX shareholders would be hoping for.
