JVco - When and what?

JVco - When and what?
I think that the JVco must be slightly more complicated than a normal JVco (since it has not been created yet).  Wonder what magical options and configuration Stavros will use for it.
I also think that Encanto will be the majority shareholder (unless something has been confirmed formally that I have missed or forgotten), with Horgen holding a smaller piece.
I believe that the FN Muskowekwan will own a portion of the JVco so that they can participate in a percentage of the profits (not % of the revenue).
I do not expect anything to be announced about the JVco until at least one week after notification of closure and completion of this current financing round.
Complete conjecture......good luck and patience is required.
(p.s. why is everyone ignoring the possibility of using mules to transport the Potash...it is a tried and tested method to move commodities)
