I sent an email to jjgage@mccarthy.ca the legal team representing the O'Hara group which holds the largest percentage of PRE shares on the presumption they are planning a revolt of some kind to preserve their 20% investment. Makes sense to hitch your wagon to this group.

Unfortunately no reply after several days, perhaps more emails by retail investors would help?
