Aweigh. All good points but you must admit the PP at 0.25 cents had Venture Exchange all over it. This stock was trading at much higher levels prior to that PP (over 0.50 cents) and over a very short period was brought down to 0.19 cents and here comes a financing at 0.25 cents.
It echoes this again.

Where is the leverage from the Fortune 500 company collaboration ? No disclosure!
Certainly, not illegal but it is very disheartening to see another go around here ..

I understand the dynamic, goodness knows I have been around gold and silver juniors for a while but I was hoping for more of a solid base here to build on.
I hope the promising story does not get diluted out.
