Welcome back RN. Always good to get your opinion and facts. Here is another fact for yah to ponder. Most of buy these companies shares in hope of a good return and making some profit. The share price of RPM has been in the dumps for well over 3 years. Us long timers are still underwater. Now we see more dilution - probably double the shares. The plans by Bill seem well intended and are done to move the company forward. Time will tell if that happens. We all want share price increase. I couldn't give 2 shats about the rest. profit is what I want. Tired of waiting years upon years to get it. Just maybe this year we might get over $.50. I see some warrants at that price in this deal.
