RE:RE:RE:Any news of those 10 Mexican concessions and over $1.00.....

I forgot to mention the royalties?  Sorry.  Even though I'm long winded, it's not really possible to mention everything in one post.  So the current owners get some upside out of a 2.25% NSR, but Alset can buy back 1% of it for $250k.  Admit it - that's one of the cheapest buy backs you've ever seen, right?  And they give up 100% of the project for that and $210k.

I don't think just the posters here are driving the price.  Obviously there's a lot of excitement around this stock at the moment.  The volume over the last month has been huge.  Some here would like us to believe that someone is accumulating, but if that were the case, they'd have all the shares several times over by now.  Obviously there must be people flipping this, so how much accumulating is going on is anyone's guess.

I like to make my investment decisions on facts and reason, not hype and excitement.  So I'd be very interested in what leads you to the conclusion that "This one here is the real deal".  Is that based simply on the fact that sp has run up, on volume?  Are you assuming that someone somewhere knows stuff we don't know and is accumulating, which pushes the price?  Because the only people I can identify who know stuff we don't are the previous owners.  And both sets of them don't value these properties very highly.
