Thoughts . . . Doug et all

Thoughts . . . Doug et allI often scan things out on a "What if it were ME" scenario. Put yourself in their shoes.

Options are just that, an OPTON to buy at a fixed priced for a fixed time. Contracts often have clauses where, if the company is SOLD, those options can be available to purchase, at a lower exercise price, or disappear. Depends on who wrote the deal and in who's best interest.

I have NO problem IAE insiders getting paid, as this is what happens when things are done RIGHT and the value is there to be shared in.

Jack is a retirement age guy and I bet he's a bit tired of all the work at this point.
Time to CHA CHING the STELLA Thing!!

The DELEK board additions are high level guys from Delek Energy and Delek Drilling, no slouches I'd say.  They know whats UP with IAE.

As to price, it's a tough call and the INSTITUTIONAL Investors hold all the cards. If THEY all agree to sell, you are done at whatever they feel fair value is. Takeouts are COOL!!

Best GG
