RE:imo If something were to happen it needs to be done ASAP...this isn't so easy as just getting financing at this point. They have 1.2 million coming up in financing that would have to be renegotiated prior to even getting any financing...so there are many moving parts.
They'd have to get assurances first that it of the terms of such an agreement before anyone would seriously finance them.....with that out of the way, then maybe they can do something..
But how long will it be before they get delisted? If they got delisted, then it would take more money to get them back on.....it's complicated at this point.
They need to be negotiating the debt while at the same time negotiating financing.
