The backlog concerns me as well.

On Nov 25 the backlog was 16M$;
on Dec 31 it was 14.5M$ (with 9.6M in negotiation)
on Mar 31 it was 10.6M (with 9.6M in negotiation)
3.9M of backlog has disappeared - where did it go? not into Q1 revenue which were only1M

I still believe in the technology but I have a lot of concerns regarding the ability of mgmt to turn it into a revenue stream.

Holding - but not as excited about this as I used to be.
