RE:When?

RE:When?
LMFAO you are all out to lunch imho.

first off when delek bought into iae, iae was NOT in a position of strength, however delek gave them a great price for 20% and the 2 board seats AND possibly as some of you think, a deal to buy IAE out in the future.

big conglomerates like delek don't get to be where they are by being nice guys when they do buyouts, these are shrewd biz people.

sooooo if this is the case, which is possible, I would guess that they did indeed set a probable buy out price with the timing being either the successful start up of stella orrrrrr a trigger price that would be lower than the pre agreed upon buyout price, enough so that it would be a decent enough increase so iae management could recommend it without to much squawking from shareholders. my guess is that the buy out price is less than $2 cdn and i'll stick with my previous 1.50- 1.80 range. and this scenario makes sense with lee leaving.

geakoooo  i said i would be gone before stella starts up and I figured it the sp would be close to 1.20   geako is POFS 3  lmfao  it's gonna piss you off to no end that I will probably make more loot on this POFS than you will, PLUS I had all my money working for me in a positive way for the past year and you POFS 3 have been suffering and squawking like a washed up don rickles on here, LMFAO  and the crow will be lucky to break even on POFS.

there that should give you faaackers some more to squawk about, lol!

cheers your fav weasel

ps  HAHAHAHAHA
