Silver Valley Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration company. The Company is focused on the advancement of strategic and precious mineral properties. The Company owns a 100% interest in a lithium and potassium bearing salar complex comprising 4,056 hectares on three mineral concessions (the Mexico-Canada Project or Mexi-Can Project) located on the Central Mexican Plateau in the states of Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. I've watched these guys for years, and one of the things I've noted, and liked, (and mentioned here before) is that they seem to be able to do financings when their share price is high.  

They don't NEED to do one right now, but in the past they haven't waited until they had to do one, and had to accept whatever price they could get, because they were running out of cash.  Instead, they have filled the bank account when there was demand for their shares, and they could get a good price, whether they needed the cash immediately or not.  The $.35 price tag on the options might be a signal of a potential PP price, if they hold these levels long enough. 

But then again, I really have no source of information that the rest of you don't have.  I'm not saying they're about to do a financing, just that it would fit their previous pattern.
