As the Private Placement has not been announced as closed, I do wonder why Gordon purchased on the open market rather than opting for the pp so that he could also get the warrants?
As Gordon is a smart guy, I must be missing something. Maybe the offering has been closed since before Friday (May 27th) and just not announced...maybe it is all sold and participants are just wrapping up papework and transferring funds before Encanto announces it as closed.
