It's on Sedar (May 31st) - Management Information Circular.
"Approval of the Share Consolidation Resolution (as defined below) by at least two-thirds of the votes cast by the shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting;"
Also, there will be 42,998,906 shares post consolidation.
I think it's great news !!!
Maybe we'll eventually get an uplist :-)
