That makes sense. Hopefully we find out today, as the private placement was expected to close May 31. Also, it's possible that some new board members bought stock. If Sifton stays on, and some other quality people have just joined the board and invested, although at a discount, I think it will be positive for the company.

The debentures have moved up to 91, thats a sign of confidence.
