RE:Combined Entity Financial Estimates

RE:Combined Entity Financial EstimatesVery good numbers and those excluded Pappilon which closed in late March.

Recall that we were flying blind as to the financial metrics of pappillon.

I estimated $11 to $13 million US for papillon for a combined $22 million US in sales.

From this, I estimated net earnings of $1.9 million US or $0.085 per share.

in todays report, we find that had papillon been acquired on Jan 1, quarterly sales would have been $8.5 million US and net earnings would have been $540,000 US.

Thats $34 million annualized of about $40 million cad.

And , annulaized net earnings of about $2.2 million US or about $2.8 million cad or in excess of $0.10 per share.

Pretty good, for a blind estimate.

This is a steal at these prices..
