RE:RE:RE:ALIX & LIT to process $50 BILLION LITHIUM resource???

RE:RE:RE:ALIX & LIT to process $50 BILLION LITHIUM resource???Hi Murray,

No offense taken, I'll do my best to answer:

1.  David Lenigas was chairman of neighbouring REM when he first made the quote about $50 billion worth of lithium. It was a verbal response to a question at the 2015 REM AGM.

Since stepping down as chairman of all his UK companies he also stated on twitter:
David Lenigas@DavidLenigas 15 Feb 2015

Sonora is so big that it could well become the Saudi Arabia of Lithium. Already established as world class.

Sonora and Cinovec rule! 13 million tonnes of Lithium carbonate is key. Thats a hundred billion bucks of the stuff.

(This was on March 4:  Cinovec & Sonora roughly same size resource)

2 & 3  I am aware that PFS has been recently released by BCN which outlines the processing for LCE.  However I cannot see any reference to lithium hydroxide - which is what they have agreed to supply Tesla? Given jv partner LIT's Sileach processing breakthough at year end 2015, it does not seem unreasonable to speculate that Alix / LIT might not be involved in the processing of REM / BCN's lithium hydroxide. It's certainly been given some cosideration on the London messageboards of REM + BCN since the NR stating:

Also included in the definitive agreement is the right for AIX to be granted a 10% interest in any novel lithium extraction technologies ('LET') used or developed in relation to the Project properties (Tecolote and Tule Concessions) and/or the Sonora Project currently owned by Bacanora Minerals Ltd. and REM, whether patented or not patented..

Given your favourable view of Alix, any other reason for the inclusion of this caveat would be greatly appreciated?

4. Sorry, you appear to have misinterpreted my post.  BCN/REM's resource could be worth $50billion.  Alix have been granted a 10% interest on the PROCESSING not the resouce itself.  Should LIT & Alix develop a tech that BCN/REM subsequently use, Alix will get 10% of the royalties from the tech, NOT 10% of sales.

This is something else I also found intriguing and would really appreciate your, or anyone else's input ....?

Alix's latest aquistion, Gran 2 "is readily accessible through a system of secondary roads that parallel the Bavispe River" and as the below map illustrates, is completely surrounded by BCN's Buenavista property.  It is within 600m of BCN's drilling and near the town of Granados, transport accessible and near water supply - the perfect location for a plant site. So it seems unusual to me that they would allow a competitor to acquire such a property, which previous maps show as belonging to BCN, unless motivated by greater ambitions...

As far as I am aware, BCN/REM are setting up a pilot plant to process LCE, but cannot find any information regarding how they plan to develop the necessary hydroxide.  Which makes me think that in return for lower capital costs, BCN/REM intend to adopt Sileach through the use of a combined plant.
