I understand from feedback by investors who attended an REM shareholders function last month that they & BCN are subject to water-tight Non Disclosure Agreements by the terms of their Tesla contract - which seems unduly restrictive given that it is a 'holy grail' deal for lithium juniors. Indeed, such is the lack of information subsequent to the initial news release, that some investors question if it was in fact still valid. Shareholders were assured that "there has been no news release stating otherwise", or words to that effect, and could not elaborate any further. Will be interesting to see how it unfolds!
