I am surprised lawyers are not seeking to organize a class action suit against Orbite on behalf of all the share holders who lost substantial amounts of money because of what could be interpreted as many misleading news releases that drew in unsuspecting investors. The lawyers may be able to add the Quebec government into the law suit In view of the fact that the government has throughout the years supported and according to our CEO has been a good partner to Orbite investing millions of dollars even after the RB fiasco with the failure of HPA1 and now they are rushing in to save Orbite after the CEO announced that he suddenly found out that instead of having more than enough money to finish the HPA plant they are 10 million dollars short.
