The boys at RRX are acquiring companies and are "on the hunt".

They grow by acquisition and the insiders keep selling. Nice money machine for some! ;-) LOL

Shares of Rock Energy were trading at their lowest prices in the last 2 weeks of the oil downturn.
and now their Shareholders have to accept swapped shares of the over priced
RRX .
RRX was hitting its all time high in a down oil Market and trading at a whopping 3 times
its bookvalue. Most Oil Companies are trading below bookvalue.

Unbelievable !
