Oh I agree bird they are in a world of hurt regardless of the solicitation results. Its a 22 cent stock for a reason. They need money to make money its as simple as that. But what it does do is give the company two years of breathing room to figure things out. Whether they use those two years to just sit at their desks and pray that oil and gas prices go up significantly so they can entice more interest in selling their Indian assets or they use those two years to actively do something about their situation is totally up to them. But either way they'd have those two years which is alot more than they'd have if they had to make those payments or enter CCAA. So thats why the solicitation results is important.
