Gordon Keep Analysis I believe that the fact that Gordon keep is investing represents great insight into his belief that Encanto will eventually turn into something positive. I do think though that it also means that nothing has been signed and agreed to that has not been posted in the Encanto press releases. This is because if Mr. Keep was investing and had knowledge of additional agreements and events that had not been made public he would be in breach of Securities laws.
Insider trading occurs when a trade has been influenced by the privileged possession of corporate information that has not yet been made public. Because the information is not available to other investors, a person using such knowledge is trying to gain an unfair advantage over the rest of the market. I believe that we are dealing with a great management team who would not engage in any illegal or immoral activities...therefore, even though I do think that Encanto will happen, and will become a massive company, I do not think it will be today or tomorrow. In addition, I definitely do not think that some of the bigger pieces of this puzzle will be in the next few weeks. That does not mean that some other small piece of information gets released tomorrow that raises the price to an $0.18 close....people....stay in for the long term!
