RE:Buyout
RE:Buyoutfruitvale3067 wrote: Mycash, If you think MTO is being prepped for a buyout then why do you think it hasn't been bought out yet? Over the last 6-8 months we have seen a lot of acquisitions/mergers in the mining industry. What is going to take place in the next 6-12 months for MTO that it becomes more attractive then it is today.
Hey Fruit ...let me answer that ... lots changes everyday...MTO OBM BTR all in the area ...something that has changed ... Sprott has a position in all 3 companies ...Oban looking to change their name to Osisko Mining ...hmmm...now their stock doubling recently with no news...makes it easier too do a paper swap when your sitting over 2 dollars a share vs...1 dollar a couple months ago...when doing a takeover and costing them only paper they just walked up in price ...then you have BTR shares too Kerr mines for one of their properties which Sprott has interest in...MTO moving forward with Barry ...and these are just some of the things we know about.happening in the area ... also others in the area all drilling...nothing says we are done with takeovers...but actually the opposite with all the drilling with these different companies its only a matter of time for consolidation of the area and I bet MTO will be one of the first...and it will be a paper swap when the time comes is my bet !
Also I think that Osisko Royalties who has a 2% NSR on Hewfran knows how good the grades are now that Apr. and May are in the books .... could make a deal with SSL to buy out their stream ... and then once Oban makes name change to Osisko mining ... they could start looking for a mill and open pit mine that is permitted and next to windfall ... also Bahelor Moroy and Hewfran takeover MTO on a paper swap ... Why? Cause this is what Osisko Mining (Oban ) will need to get them to the next level they are flush with cash and need to become a producer of gold ... also with the backing of Osisko Royalties who will give them more cash for each NSR on the new properties ...I for one do not think that the name change from Oban to Osisko Mining is for no reason ! I believe they are ready too become a major player again ... take over of MTO will happen...IMHO!
