Just a ThoughtLast summer International Shareholders Services (ISS) recommended to institutional investors to vote against the EIG/Alfa takeover bid saying it wasn't enough value. Basically all institutional investors require their support to vote yes hence a good part of the reason the deal cratered. Does anyone know if we have any legal recourse against ISS? A class action effort against them? They have got to have a heck of a good insurance policy. Just a thought for comment. GL Zoo
