The investment seeks the daily changes in percentage terms of its shares per share NAV to reflect the daily changes in percentage terms of the spot price of light, sweet crude oil delivered to Cushing, Oklahoma, as measured by the daily changes in the price of a specified short-term futures contract on light, sweet crude oil called the Benchmark Oil Futures Contract, plus interest earned on USOs collateral holdings, less USOs expenses. USO invests primarily in futures contracts for light, sweet crude oil, other types of crude oil, diesel-heating oil, gasoline, natural gas, and other petroleum-based fuels.

RE:it going take another year for operation

RE:it going take another year for operationThat seems a bit pessimistic . Once they have the plant built they will start feeding material into it and the process of fine tuning begins. I belive they have plenty of material stockpiled so that isn't an issue. The issue to my mind is can they get the circut working efficiently and get good recovery without having to add in additional circuts and/or increasing the quantity of solvents used.
Once they've got the recovery issues ironed out the economics come into play but that could be a function of the price of oil more than the process although that being said if they find that they need $ 100 oil because the process isn't efficient then the Co.'s hooped.
I don't see this as being any differant than the start up of a small mining operation although this might actually be easier .

When are they going to determine the roll back and when are they going to execute. They said they have approval to roll back " up to " 100 for 1 but the actual # hasn't been determined as far as I know.
Let's get on with it !
