Missing in their recent media notes releases is that the company may cease to exist as a going concern. The fact that the banks granted a longer extension rather than the last two 24 hour notices is indicative of them being more optomistic that something positive is in the works.

I doubt that there would be all of this build up and a real chance of a news leak to insiders if a sale of the complete company was going to take place. 

My gut instinct is that a debt restructuring will take place or a partial asset sale. Maybe both.
