check my math (noob and dummy here)
check my math (noob and dummy here)before you call me dummy again, I must say I agree. So, from my point of view, being dummy and all, debentures will break even at somewhere 10c a share, in two years. Right? Lets say someone buying it today at 16$. 6.25% of 100$ will be 6.25$, times two (is it raelly times two? when is a cutout?) equals 12.5$. And then, in 2018 lucky owner will get 33 common shares, which should recover the remaining 3.50$ at just over 10c a share. Right? That is, if TBE still exist. I still suspect massive (MASSIVE) dilution followed by consolidation and further loss of equity. Tell me why would anybody pay this much (keep in mind you are talking to dummy) for debentures?
