RE:from MD&A on Sedar May 30th "Management has a plan in place to address this concern and intends to obtain
additional funds by equity financing to the extent there is a shortfall from operations."
For some reason it seems you failed to mention this part above. I just copied that out of the May 30th financials under the heading a) Going Concern of Operations, taken out of this paragraph following... "The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon its ability to generate future profitable operations and/or to obtain the necessary financing to meet its obligations and repay its liabilities arising from normal business operations when they come due. Management has a plan in place to address this concern and intends to obtain additional funds by equity financing to the extent there is a shortfall from operations. While the Company is continuing its best efforts to achieve the above plans, there is no assurance that any such activity will generate funds for operations. "
It's funny how some people only say part of the facts. Withholding relevant pieces of information from expounded fact is also known as a form of a lie or fallacy in philosophy. There is risk in all stocks. There are no gaurantees. If you look at any research and development company which are in the phase 1, phase 2, phase 3 development before their product is finally out there and selling, they all have issues with financing. You will see those going concern of operations in almost all research and development companies financials until the point that their product is finally out there and selling or they get bought out by another company.
Any company out there like Replicel which actually are currently successful and have products out there which they are selling, those companies had to start out at the beginning just like Replicel and figure out where to get financing until they could stand on their own two legs and support themselves with their own products.
It's not like Replicel just fell off the turnip truck yesterday. Do your dd on them.
I'm still in and holding long term. I support this company.
