RE:RE:A new option emerges.....I have had lingering doubts about the deal since it was announced and the more I read, the more pronounced my doubts become.  Whie the video is slick, it is the "Better Deal" website that really began to crystallize this for me.  I haven't had a chance to read the NSU-RMC solicitation materials yet but will be doing so over the weekend with a fresh perspective and more critical eye.  I hope all RMC shareholders look at the "Better Deal" website before voting (or if they have voted, look at it now and reconsider your vote).  If you are a trader and looking for quick money, the NSU deal is fine (although you have probably already sold).  I'm an investor, I have patience and believe I can recognize real value when I see it and that is what RMC offers. I also have confidence in RMC management (some of the Board members, not so much).  Currently, I'm leaning toward the "No" vote.
