So..I've been thinking a bit about the increase in outstanding shares. Going from a cap of 300 million to 500 million is quite a lot. This couldn't possibly all be compensation and incentive, and I don't believe that they are looking to raise liquidity, as they're currently spending money to buy back shares. An option left then, would be a merger or an acquisition on the way? Possibly then, Neulion isn't at all looking to get acquired, but is rather looking to grow much larger as a company. Long term, this could be very valuable.
