nothing about legalization is set in stone.
Investors (banks and big institutions) won't dump their money in it just now.
They might dabble with it, but once we hear MMRP 2.0 say ''only LP's will provide MJ to dispensaries''. Then that will be the cue. in my opinion.

At this point, dispensaries will sell MJ from LP's like grocery stores sell beer from different breweries (in Quebec).

People will be able to buy their favourite strains (from CGC, MT, APH, etc) like they buy their favourite beers (Molson, Budweiser, Corona, etc).
