I honestly don’t what to make of this (good or bad news) but combined with some of the other stuff I have seen in the other “Google Translated Chinese” documents I have had a look at on the Sinoenergy website https://www.snencn.cn/index.html  my “gut feeling” is that the financing for this offer is a bit “uncertain”.
 
Google Translate leaves a lot to be desired and the translations are a bit garbled to say the least.
 
All that said although I don’t foresee any problem with Investment Canada it was enough for me to decide to take a “risk free” 55% profit and move on.
