What I was trying to convey was that Berkshire got 10% + warrants from Bank of America in 2008 when things dried up. Who knows what funding will be available in 12 months. I like that they know they can finish up this drilling. I'm in at 1.04 (US) and looking at a 2-3 year time frame.
