Pricing Issues

Pricing IssuesIMO the pricing issues in the U.K and U.S. and the risk of possible pricing regulations, are of much less concern to CXR suitors than they are to the market. Clearly these pricng problems have had very negative consequences on CXR stock as we have seen in previous months but are unlikely to have a signigicant impact on CXRs business model either now or in the future. Any potential regulations (which are not a sure thing) would likley limit price inreases not require companies to reduce prices. As CXR isnt reliant on price increases like other companies (VRX), regulations would have minimal effect on CXR. And any loss from limited price increases would be compensated by plugging in aqquired and pipline products into CXRs global network.

I am confident these are the exact thoughts of remaining CXR suitors and the reason that the buyout process is alive and well.
