Two international publications have exposed 4 companies in the Uk, of which Amdipharm is one, who were changing the names of medications to bypass their pricing contracts. Price jacking is one thing but this looks awful sleazy and has the public and politicians up in arms. If i had a contract to sell you potatoes for $4 a bag and then I changed the name on the bag to call them spuds and charged you $20 a bag for them you'd be sour too. Now they have been caught and if you think this will be water off a ducks back, i hope you're right, but i doubt you are. That stupid Financial Times article pushed us down to $29, and this is a whole more serious than that. We are once again embroiled in another contraversy and this one could have alot more teeth than the last one, i just hope Bnn doesn't latch onto this because this almost makes Valeant look ethical.
