You could be right. But there are many reasons to disagree... This is not the same company anymore. The Litarion involvement changes everything. Electrovaya has disappointed a lot in the past few years. In the past year though, they have proven many people wrong. Most didn't believe they could acquire the german plant; they did it and also got the patents, the rights to Separion, etc. Then most people thought they wouldn't survive past the expiry of the Daimler contract... They are still in a transitional phase and the future is looking brighter. Can they still fail? Yes. But I would tend to think the chances are slim.
