RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Special CommitteeI see what your issue is.. you're relying on third party sites for your information. Every single one of the director listings in your example are wrong. Banica and Sheard are no longer directors and Laird and PVE have been directors for quite a few years now not just since last year. So much for reputable site! The document I quote is not obscure, it is part of the legal filings that the company has to make and there is no way they can be wrong. So I would recommend that you instead rely on the documents the company generates and files on www.sedar.com. And then we won't have to argue about stupid topics that add no value to this forum.
