RE:RE:Thoughts on Timing and Amount of Bought Deal…I will defer to an industry insider like yourself on market structure and institutional selling pressure.  


I like the company but the point I would make is why do I have to own the stock today as an individual investor when I don't need significant liquidity to get in and out.


Technically the stock is in a significant one year consolidation period between 1.00 - 1.20   It is going to take fundamental improvement from an earnings announcement to break the range.  


I would be more confident adding more on a breakout of 1.20 or on an incremental fundamental positive catalyst.
