I have an answer to when you asked about the fundamentals if it goes down below $25.

Remember only my opinion.

If it goes below $25, then this is a sign that their earnings will not be $6.50USD/Year and more like what Brian Acker said, $3.00US.

With this, they will have big trouble with paying their debt.

The stock price is a sign that precedes trouble or profitablity.
