The Fund’s investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities and non-convertible income securities. The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. RE:The boardI can add something I know for certain if anyone is puzzled about #7 activity.  The #7 seller is different from the #7 buyer on the board.  There is no spoofing going on.  (There are obviously many #7 investors but in this case, I know the identity of both.  Neither is me by the way.)
