Here's what i got right from URs website, posted back in Feb.

Trading Windows and Blackout Periods
(i)Trading Windows for Insiders and Employees
No Insiders  or employees may trade in securities of  the  Company during the period beginning at  the open  of  the  market  on  the  last day  of  the  last month of each fiscal quarter and ending at the open of the market on the second  business day following widespread  public release of quarterly  or annual operating results, unless such trades are pursuant to a pre-existing ASDP or ASPP (a “Blackout”).(“Trading” means buying and selling shares, including exercising stock options, warrants and other derivatives)
