RE:RE:1st week of June

RE:RE:1st week of June So...despite the blabbering ‘researcher’ ....here’s what we have from our majority shareholder’s latest M D & A posted on Sedar on May 19, 2016.

 The Company’s primary objectives for fiscal 2016 are:

seek opportunities to add high quality exploration or development properties;

As a precondition to the prospectus financing, RCF provided the Company with an undertaking to extend its US$15 million convertible loan to March 17, 2017, subject to RCF obtaining approval from its investment committee, and to continue to take interest payments in shares.

The provincial and federal government funded a First Nations’ led study to assess all season access routes for the remote First Nation communities along the proposed East-West shared transportation corridor. This study is due to be completed by the end of June 2016. The Company expects a formal commitment from the provincial government in late 2016 once the First Nations’ study is completed

The end of June; the end of year; and March 17, 2017 are probably more significant dates to watch. And with 2 RCF board members, it is safe to say that Noront (the entity) are fully in the game here. How it ends? Not one of us here are privy to that, certainly not the 'researcher'! I am glad that I have a goodly number of shares in both KWG & NOT.
