RE:RE:Read the circular closelyThanks. Yes, may be fairly new here in Stockhouse but may I add that I haven't found many reverse consolidations in the past to be beneficial in the end. They have almost all screwed the investor royally.  Yes, it is the 'Information Circular' mailed out to investors that has one spooked over such a plan.  Therefore, at the Annual and Special Mtg as mailed out to investors, I read it as 'to consider and if thought fit, pass a special resolution approving...cons'.  Been there before and is not good! Perhaps this company with it's dividend distribution might be different. Or will it? Will they decide to slash dividend?? When I here 'consolidation' I start to think of "problem on the horizon".... Cheers!
