The debentures will be reorganized because the bank does not want any more paid to them.Therefore the commons take a haircut because they have no power. Similar to Anderson where they now have something like 8 billion sharesoutstanding. Commons will cede almost all value to debentures.Debentures willbe paidin common shares.
