The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. RE:RE:RE:The boardRefer back to Edgar's comments regarding warrants and mgmnt opting out of utilizing the
acceleration clause.  How very nice of mgmnt to give warrant holders more time to buy
more stock.  Since as I understand,  our billioniaire hedge fund guy,  Mr. Singer owns most
of the warrants,  he has just given himself more time to come up with some cash.  What?
Are things that tight in Elliotville?  I guess even billionaire's can get stretched a little thin
at times or is there another problem that we are not aware of?  The timeline here has just
been moved ahead but Juy when the first of the warrants come due should start to reveal
the intentions of Mr Singer and provide holders with some insight.   I eagerly await what 
those intentions are.   MS
