RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:interesting reading in the wordings of credit agreement Because of all these extensions it appears these would be negotiations between all shareholders and the bank. I doubt another party (a buyer) would be asking for any adjustments in time. Either they make an offer or they don't. All formal offers would be disclosed and the board would form an opinion on fairness and then make a recommendation to shareholders. Banks don't care if shareholders are treated fairly, they just want their money or less exposure.
